The loadsol pro insoles require the loaddesktop transfer Windows software for transfer of on-board memory data to a computer via USB. A license is required for the LDT software. Upon shipment of your insoles this will be emailed to you from novel-ems@novel.de. If you did not receive this license, please email us at novelinc@novelusa.com.
All of our system/scientific software is client specific.

Hardlock Driver
CURRENT:
Download and install the following hardlock drivers for Windows 7/8/10/11 operating systems (version 8.15 1/2021).
OLD:
Download and install the following hardlock drivers for Windows XP operating systems (last version supported for XP - version 7.55 7/2017).
SQL Software(required for all novel database software)
CURRENT:
Download and install Microsoft SQL
Download and install MS SQL for v29+ of the database software
OLD:
Download and install Firebird version 1.5.6 for novel software programs AFTER 13.3.60 THROUGH v27 for Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10 operating systems.
Download and install version 1.03 for novel software programs PRIOR to 13.3.60 for Windows 2000/XP operating systems.
pedar®-x and pliance®-x Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) Drivers
CURRENT:
Download the following pedar and pliance® FOC driver install file for novel software AFTER to June 2011 and 32/64-bit Operating Systems. Run the executible to install the drivers.
OLD:
Download the following pedar® and pliance® FOC driver install file for novel software PRIOR to June 2011 and 32-bit Operating Systems. Unzip the file and run the executible to install the drivers.
Download this tool for removal of older FOC drivers.
This should be used if moving from the older version of drivers to the new version of drivers above or if having issues with the older version of drivers and Windows XP/Vista.

Download and install the following program for use with the Recorder version of emed, pedar, and pliance, as well as novel player. Run the executable to install the software.
